This milestone marks a significant step towards the project’s vertical construction, scheduled to commence in July 2024.
Located at 1 Southside Park, Mercedes-Benz Places promises to be one of the largest and most prestigious developments in Florida, encompassing over 2.5 million square feet of mixed-use space.
